Fish on Base Bookends, Cast Iron with Bronze Finish

A set of bookends that look like they came from ancient Rome! This design has been found on frescoed walls from the time of Julius Caesar. The pair of Pisces are bronzed cast iron so they're not going anywhere, and will last for generations. Their scales are detailed and their tails curve up over their backs. Scales and other touches are brushed with a golden color. Bronze on their bodies is in the mid-tone range.
