These bookends are fantastic. They show two men with legs under them and carrying a globe on their muscular shoulders. The men are bronzed brass and the base is made from rich wood. The bases are in the shape of half ovals so they look wonderful and display the complete bookend when used to hold together a row of books. If someone you know is carrying the weight of the world on their own shoulders, then this set would make a wonderful present!
